ConfirmTKT.com - Growth Marketer/Hacker (5-10 yrs)
The Growth Hacker will be able to bring in a - consulting- attitude and can optimize team performance by putting processes together, bringing in a strong sense of analytics, managing within budgets/ resources and thinking of new and faster ways to innovate.
As a dynamic start up, we are seeking a self - starter who has a creative, innovative and proactive approach and is keen to make an impact and take a leading role in shaping and developing a rapidly growing business. The core is to come up with new ideas every day to drive growth and improve existing processes.
We set out to (1) increase revenue and (2) determine whether we were ready to sell our service to anyone.
Education & Experience
- B-Tech or M-Tech or an MBA (marketing)
- 5-10 years of experience in handling marketing; of which at least 3 years should be in a travel/ hospitality/ Indian Railways/ technology/ Internet/ online travel/ travel search/ OTAs Start-up/MSME or SME.
Knowledge and proficiency with lean start-up methods.
- Fair understanding of Digital marketing & strategy, Content writing, marketing & strategy, Email marketing & strategy, Social media marketing, Growth hacking, PR, Community management
- Added advantage if you have
- Performed various functional roles (sales, marketing, finance, customer support) at different sized internet companies.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
Skills & Abilities
- You must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum. You will deal in small daily matters, as well as larger aims and setting goals. A systematic organised approach to work is vital.
- You should be proficient in customer conversion optimization that analyses visitors behavioral data to predict abandonment and helps in improving conversion rate in a short period of time.
- Well versed with various tools which helps in user acquisition, retention and monetization, user personalization and analytics, social engagement and communication.
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential. An understanding of customer/client requirements is must.
- Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation, are required. You must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your team, and always seeking to improve best practice.
- Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would be advantageous.
Key Responsibility :
- Spearhead multiple initiatives in growth, strategy, analytics, product, marketing, alliances and sales, new product/service launch
- Designing initiatives and setting up processes to drive user acquisition and commerce growth.
- Drive organic growth coupled with improvement in customer engagement.
- Various tasks include managing ROI, lead generation, keyword management, maintain creative ad campaigns to name a few.
- Conduct social media audit on monthly/quarterly basis
- Creating Ads across social media platforms in the form of stories or any other forms which can amplify the customer base.
- Develop social intelligence cell in the organization and maintain it in a timely manner
- Researching real-time industry specific data and using the same for formulating growth hacking techniques.
Product development
- Assist in conceptualize, develop and produce products and services
- Assist in develop product requirements, visual content and product guidelines along with the delivery timelines.
- Manage, Develop, Test and Release various product features.
