Confirmtkt - Executive - Customer Support - Inbound/Outbound Process (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls and handle the end to end email support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries /Blog/reviews.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle Bus/Train booking inquiries.
- Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication & writing skills are mandatory.
- Domestic inbound and outbound process experience.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Languages : English, Hindi & any of ( Tamil, Telugu ).
