Work Location - Remote ( Preferred Gujarat based Candidate )
Department - Technical Sales and Business Development
Education - Bachelor's or Master's in Cosmetics/Chemicals/Pharma/Chemistry/Biochemistry
MBA in Sales and Marketing desirable
Work Experience - Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Sales and Business . Development(B2B) of cosmetics and personal care ingredients.
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for personal care ingredient sales for West Region-India (Maharashtra, Gujarat)
2. Responsible for identifying market opportunities, finding new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
3. Coordination and working with the R&D Team for customer-specific requirements.
4. Understanding customer requirements and delivering in a set time and cost.
5. Reporting such as YTD sales, Projects in the pipeline, and sample feedback.
6. Providing Tech Support to West region clients and developing new business.
