Conference Specialist - Audio Conferences - Customer Support (0-1 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Providing Operational support for audio conference calls like provisioning Customers Account and setting up and maintaining new account.

- Providing Assistance to customers on audio conference call like Responding to operator assistance requests

- Moderating event conference calls and conducting question and answer session

- Managing value added services requested by clients

- Responding to Customer Queries.

- Helping the Customer with First level trouble shooting

- Handling Customer Complaints over the Phone and E-mail

- Issue Reservation-less pass codes to clients

- Dispatch welcome kits to new customers

- Liaising between the customer and various department like Billing, Sales and Technical

- Assist customer service team with demonstration on request

- Supporting the reservations help-desk by doing reservations through phone and Email.

- Take ownership and be individually responsible for each customer interaction

Secondary Responsibilities :

- Responding to Help desk enquiries pertaining to conference reservations

- Helping the Customer both over the phone and via emails

- Issue reservation based pass codes to clients within 30 minutes from receipt of customer request

- Confirm Q&A conference and dial out conference calls

- Attend to bell in's

- Complete reservation forms, VAS forms, Client Information forms

- Take ownership and be individually responsible for each customer interaction

Competencies :

Technical & Strategic :

- Basic Computer skills

- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT

- Good typing speed

Behavioral Competencies :

- Energetic, enthusiastic and Self motivated individuals

- Willingness to learn and accept responsibilities

- Ability to work without supervision

General Competencies

- Basic phone etiquette

- Proactive approach towards customer service

Years Of Experience :

A minimum of 1 year however freshers are acceptable as long as they have good written and Oral communication skills.

Graduate
