Conference/Delegate Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Conference/Delegate Sales Manager
- Working in coordination with the team for all pre-seminar activities.
- Handling of inbound inquiries on current and future seminars.
- Along with the team, constantly updating existing databases and building new customer database/s via tele-calling, personal visits, web-based research or any other innovative techniques.
- Look for Sponsorships.
- Ensuring periodical pruning of the databases for high response and low failure rate for oneself and the team.
- Analyzing participant response forms and preparation of analytical reports based on feedback for future use.
- Participate in all operational and management issues during pre, on and post-seminar periods.
- To maximize sales/revenue by targeting effectively the correct clients, their role and their companies.
- To generate maximum revenue on any event, one is selling on.
- Team Handling: Responsible for Team's Target Achievement. To work within a team environment towards team goals
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills
- Salary: No bar for the right Candidate.
Qualification: Graduate/MBA/BBA/Post Graduate.
Experience Required: 3-5 years
