Business development executive
Job Description :
We are looking for an in house Business Development Executive having good knowledge of sales and management organization. He should be socializing person, good in making and maintaining good relations with the clients through chats on the phones, messages, E-mails and through conferences and events and able to understand the needs of clients and ensure him that his needs will be fulfilled soon.
He should also be able to make aware his client about the new products and any new offer on the product so that client can avail that offer without any delay. He must be good in all office work as in documentation and having good knowledge of computer also such as sending E-mails in bulk, online and offline promotion of the company and giving replies to the clients and good in writing reports.
A Business Development Executive must have the following qualifications:
- Must be graduate of post-graduate from any recognized University
- Experience of 2-3 years in material framework.
- He must have experience of Freelance, up work, online bidding and pre-sales.
- Good in identifying and making sale leads and pitching products and services.
- Good in making and maintaining prolific relationships with the existing as well as new clients.
- Good in researching and understanding market.
- Good in communication skills.
Skills Required:
We are also seeking following skills in a Business Development Executive:
- He must be socially adeptgood with numbers and able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people.
- He must be acquainted with good managing, implementing and deploying new business process and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.
- Excellent language fluency, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- He should have good selling and negotiation skills
- He should have ability to understand complex process of IT and company.
- He should have in-depth knowledge of its industry and current events.
- He should be excellent in management and organization.
- He must be good in developing sale quotes and proposals.
- He must be good in developing sale goals for the team and ensuring that they are met.
- He must be good in training personnel and helping them in developing their skills.
