Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming requests from the customers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs.
Generic & Behavioral Skills :
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule
- Good communication skills
- Should be proficient in speaking English Language.
