Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle incoming requests from the customers to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.

Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.

Generic & Behavioral Skills :-

Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Should be proficient with computers.

Display highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities

Willing to work in a flexible schedule

Qualification & Experience:-

Under Graduate/Graduate - Fresher's/Experienced can apply.
