Job Role : Business Sales Associate


We are looking for a passionate individual who recognizes the needs of customer and provide detailed information to the customer about the technical specifications of the product (software solution) offered by the company. Ultimately, the role of the BSA is to build market reach, generate sales lead and revenue as per the company's expectation.


Roles & Responsibilities :

- Promote the company's products/services and addressing or predicting clients objectives.


- Do cold callings and take follow-ups.


- Presenting our company software solution to the potential customers.


- Proactive search for new business opportunities in the market.


- Make calls to prospective customers to build interest in goods and services, new business prospects, and meeting arrangements.


- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.


- Maintain client database & create sales funnel.


- Involve in digital marketing over various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)


Qualifications :


- Must have minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales & calling.


- Good to have professional experience as a business development executive.


- Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.


- Should have good command over English language.


- Ability to build rapport.


- Preferred educational qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate.
