ComparePolicy - Relationship Manager - General Insurance (0-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Create New POS in the geography he is hired.
- Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution
- Coordinate with HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
- Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive POS with ownership.
- Travelling can be frequent. Tracking industry trends and developing new story ideas for monthly content delivery
Candidate should be from General Insurance Background i.e Agency Health/Life Insurance Sales from an insurance company or an Insurance Broker.
Other requirements:
Candidates with the maturity to handle, recruit and motivate the team, Candidates should be able to take responsibility for monthly numbers and deliver the same Candidates with should be able to understand and align with the company policies , Candidates with the ability to maintain the highest level of business hygiene, Candidates who are aware of the market developments, Candidates with experience in agency development/agent recruitment are mandatory in GI/LI Candidates with a graduation degree, Candidates below the age of 37 years Candidates with good communication (verbal & written)
