A technology driven insurance intermediary with 15000 customers, 3 years of running operations, 20 lacs+ visitors on their website is expanding their business operations. They would empower agents with their technology enabled web interface to suggest, compare and sell insurance products.
Job Profile :
- Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and register them as licensed POSP sellers on internet platform
- Deliver on the registration, premium and revenue targets as per company mandate
- Provide training and servicing to the POSP partners in designated localities
- Dive engagement and business growth for assigned POSP partners
- Execute on local marketing/branding activities as per company requirements
Candidate Profile:
- No. of years of experience: 1-2 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Good in Insurance Sales (Health/Life Insurance Desired)
- Enterprising attitude
- Hardworking
- Should be willing to travel if required
- Should know local agent network/performance
Other requirements :
Candidates with the maturity to handle, recruit and motivate the team, Candidates should be able to take responsibility for monthly numbers and deliver the same Candidates with should be able to understand and align with the company policies , Candidates with the ability to maintain the highest level of business hygiene, Candidates who are aware of the market developments, Candidates with experience in agency development/agent recruitment are mandatory in GI/LI Candidates with a graduation degree, Candidates below the age of 37 years,Candidates with good communication (verbal & written)
