Compact Innovation Avenues - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- You will be responsible for partner acquisition and maintain day to day relationships. You will be responsible for converting leads to partners. You will develop strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
Specifically, we are looking for an executive who can :
- Qualify leads & opportunities
- Onboard new partners and manage the day to day relationships
- Answer all product and technical queries prospects have along the course of their evaluation to their full satisfaction over the web, phone or email
- Strong written and spoken skills in English is Must.
- Perform effective online demos to partners and prospects
- Record lead and prospect activity in excel to ensure efficient lead management
- Continually innovate on new ways to creatively reach decision makers at target accounts
- Follow up on a high volume of new leads in a rapid manner
- Generate new leads from the web and build a pipeline, by prospecting through emails, calls and web demos.
- Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature
- Discovering new business opportunities.
- Learn fast, flare to challenge yourself to grow, dare to think big and highly ambitious.
Your goal is to drive company growth by converting prospect partners as a loyal client who can willingly promote and recommend us brand for others.
Qualification :
- Bachelors/Masters degree.
- Good communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- The sense of ownership/accountability.
- Knowledge of internet marketing (blogs, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc) is a big plus.
- Passion for turning leads into our client (online, phone, Email, field Visit).
