Responsibilities :
This role will hold overall responsibility for the specific territory sales, third party alliances and customer satisfaction.
- This role will work closely with the cross functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Commvault's opportunities across all product solutions for the specific territory.
- We are looking for a strong coach, mentor and educator for all Sales Reps of our Resellers and Alliance partner within the territory. The role will also have a cross section of direct-touch accounts including large named accounts.
- This role must be able to engage C level customers and assist the team to progress opportunities into closure
- This role will require operational excellence in ensuring that the team's SFDC are up to date and ensure forecast accuracy in revenue contribution on the quarterly basis
Skills Required :
- B. Tech/B.E./B Sc/BCA etc. with MBA degree is preferred
- Should be from Tier 1 & Tier 2 College with proven exceptional records & exposure.
- Should have sales & account management experience in Data Management, Backup/Archival Products.
- Should have prior experience of Sales for at least 8-10 Years and have strong connects with key Resellers & customer decision makers in the North India region.

- Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, closing, negotiation and customer relationship skills
