Job Description :
- Create enduring business relationships with your customers
- Handle escalations, customer communications, and inquiries.
- Respond quickly to consumer concerns and grievances
- Enhance quality metrics and client support
- Daily oversee the customer service team and create improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reports on consumer queries and solutions.
- Determine the needs and desires of your customers.
- Create strategies to meet the unique demands of your customers.
- Give customers outstanding customer service.
- Get input from clients to make sure they are satisfied with the services provided.
- To provide prompt services, organize with internal functional units and do follow-ups.
- As assigned by management, handle additional job responsibilities.
Skills :
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization
- Self-motivation
- A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities
