Job Description :
- Build customer long term business relationships
- Manage customer communications, queries and escalations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints on timely manner,
- Improve customer care service and quality measurements
- Supervise customer service team daily and prepare plans for improvements.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and make customer query/solutions analysis reports
- Identify customer demands and requirements.
- Develop plans to address customer-specific needs.
- Offer exceptional customer service to customers.
- Take feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service
- Coordinate with internal functional departments for timely services operations and take follow ups.
- Handle Other job responsibility as per management allocation.
