Community Manager & Social Media Marketer - Advertising Firm (0-2 yrs)
Do you live, eat, breathe & shit community?
We're aggressively looking for a community manager to be the face of the company on all different platforms, both online & offline. We have multiple websites, small/big projects and ideas.
Your responsibilities would be to:
1. Manage & grow social media
2. Manage & improve our email outreach/marketing
3. Take care of customer support, live chat, and all user interactions
4. Build partnerships with other organizations & bloggers/publishers/entrepreneurs to expand our reach & business
5. Engage with the mainstream media to build relationships & assist in PR
You MUST:
1. Have great communication skills, both written & verbal
2. Be able to coordinate across teams & channels
3. Have an outgoing, extroverted personality
4. Be comfortable putting yourself out there for the company, record videos, webinars & do FB/Insta Live events
5. Know how to use email!
Bonus points if you:
1.Have experience in digital/social marketing
2. Have had a community role in the past
3. Maintain a growing online presence (blog, website, Insta/Twitter accounts)
