Community Manager - Sales - Hospitality (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas :
A. Forming Membership Sales Plans along with Sales Team. Seeking out potential clients through internal and external sales and forming working relationships.
B. Maintaining the space occupancy by actively participating in sales process of new member acquisition and current member retention.
C. Hosting Member Gatherings and Organising Events (Planning, Content Building, Managing Logistics, Space Set Up, Event Partners, Organising Catering and Entertainment, Greeting attendees and Check-ins, Testing the equipment and making sure the execution is smooth).
D. Member Policy Development and Enforcement. Making sure all the members follow the set rules and regulations of the space.
E. Member Communication Strategy and Implementation. Communicating business information, reminders and announcements to the members.
F. Managing assistants and Monitoring house keeping staff. Creating the space vibe to match the Company's aesthetic. Making sure the facility is clean, stocked and well kept.
G Taking both potential clients and new members for a Tour of the facility. Introducing New Members to the community and facilitating connections.
H. Greeting Guests and Informing members of guests arrivals.
I. Accepting Packages on behalf of the members and sorting mail.
