Community Manager - Marketing - FinTech (1-3 yrs)
Community Manager
- This is for a Fin-Tech company that has received its seed round very recently.
- Being a community manager with us is fun and exciting. As community manager, you are the one who is going to stay closest to the users. You'll primarily be doing everything required to drive acquisition, engagement and retention. Nothing is more interesting than thinking about what can hook the teenagers and youth!
- If you are a fresher - need relevant internship/life experience
- If you possess 1-3 yrs of relevant experience - experience with a startup in community/ growth/ marketing related roles
Other requirements :
- Has led a team/club/society in the past
- Empathetic, with a user-first attitude and a passion for community
- Has proven experience in community-building
- Proactive personality & self driven, excited to work in a fast-paced environment with a bunch of young & smart folks
