Community Manager - FinTech (2-6 yrs)
Overview of the Job :
We are looking for a "Community Manager- with 4+ years of experience. The individual will be responsible for building a strong FinTech community comprising of our existing & potential users and keeping them engaged.
You will be Reporting to :
This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Product Growth to enable them in running community-related activities for the company and the products involved.

Your Role :
- You'll be the single point of contact for our community (both offline and social media).
- Build relations with the community participants, and engage on regular intervals.
- Understand thoroughly the need and expectations of our community.
- Create and publish relevant content to build and engage the audience.
- Organize events which are in-line with overall product growth & acquisition strategy.
- Responding to members- queries & comments in a timely manner.
- Brainstorm and execute activities to keep the community engaged.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech & MSME industry trends.
What will you bring to the company ?
- Excellent communication skill in English & Hindi
- Thorough understanding of Social Media
- Prior experience in community management will be preferable.
- An endless appetite for networking and communicating with people
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment.
- Skilled in networking, lead generation and conversion
- Understanding of Fintech as an industry and the hunger to learn more (we've got your back in every aspect when it comes to learning about FinTech and our business offering).
