Community Manager in Nukleus
- Be the face of the Organization for all existing clients.
- Be an interface between the client and any other department of Nukleus for all the existing clients.
- They meet and greet newcomers with a welcoming smile, help them in their settling and see that an onboarding mail with all required contents and coordinates have been sent, space has been inspected with Facility a day before arrival of the client.
- Plan, execute and oversee social events
- Create a collaborative environment including by use of social media platform, and work to make each member feel at ease.
At first point of contact for any issue of an existing client :
- If expansion or sales related matters, transfer to sales team
- If facility related issue, not only transfer but monitor resolution (In first place, it should be able to give generic answers)
- If accounts related issue, either respond details or ensure that the account team reach out to them.
- Keep meeting key officials of existing clients and ensure longevity and enhanced client's experience leading to customer delight.
- Help in creating system and process which can be replicated to other centers, use of given software in full earnest and helping in improving the same.
- Finding and replicating best industry practices.
- Overseeing the function of the Front Desk and owning responsibility
- Classifying the clients into category and making close interaction with Category a clients.
