About the Role :
A Community Manager is responsible for interacting with the audience on all digital platforms and maintaining the brands identity and sentimental value.
Job Profile :
- To communicate with Influencers on Twitter and drive positive conversations with them to increase brand affinity and positive sentiments for the brand.
- Should have hands on experience in doing ORM
- Managing the online response of the queries Twitter
- Managing the organic Influencer programme Twitter
- Being creative with their language while interacting with the audience
- Creative guidance and setting tonality for the brand
- Appreciating positive feedback and replying
- Social listening and health check
- Increase sentiment value through positive communication
- Proactive response to messages and queries
- Using available tools to create reports.
Candidate Profile :
- Should have excellent communication skills
- High level understanding of digital media marketing in particular and advertising in general
- Excellent communication skills both English & Hindi
- Willingness to work around the clock being a Community Manager isn't a 10-7 job.
- Make sure they understand that the job involves working some evenings and weekends, and responding to community members outside of work hours.
