Community Management/Public Relations Professional (2-4 yrs)

Bachelors or Masters in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field

- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar to PR role
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
- Background in researching, writing and editing publications
- Proficient in MS Office and social media and google docs
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Ability to organize information related to research
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
- Work experience within the PR, marketing, events promotion, or journalism trades.
- Should have contacts with Journalists / media houses to carry out PR activities.

- Key Responsibilities
- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
- Writing and producing presentations and press releases
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
- Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
- Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
- Providing information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
- Analysing media coverage
- Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
- Drafting Content for Websites and Social Media
- Developing effective corporate communication strategies
- Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
- Create & deploy marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, emailers, ebooks, infographics, case studies, creatives, etc.
- Writing content for SEO and SMO tasks
- Creating email content
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Writing and producing presentations and press releases
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
