Community Champion - Automotive (1-3 yrs)
We are a merchandise brand for automobile enthusiasts. With a diverse market and an even more vibrant community, we are looking to add a Community Champion who can engage with our community and take it to the next level.
The Community Champion will be responsible for:
1. Execution of the rollout of our online & offline community
2. Planning the community content/event calendar
3. Creating engaging content centered around our community
4. Designing, Planning & Executing exclusive community engagement events ( offline + online)
5. Engagement & Moderation in the internal community
6. Hosting online engagements & gamifications
7. Working on the improving the customer experience on our app
8. Research relevant partnerships that add value to the community of residents
9. Creating curiosity around the brand in events
10. Supporting the leadership in Channel Partner Activation and Management
Who should apply :
1. You should be passionate about communities
2. You should have 1 to 3 years of prior experience in running communities. Brownie points If you personally run a community
3. You should have basic understanding of running online communities
4. You should be willing to learn Community Operations
5. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. You should be updated on the current trends in content
7. You have to be willing and able to handle multiple projects.
8. Brownie points if you love cars or bikes or both
