Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for providing end-to-end support to the users
- Managing all the queries and user escalations over mail, call, and social media platforms
- Conducting in-depth research to capture the core user problems
- Work with internal departments to meet users needs
- Identify and assess user needs to achieve satisfaction
- Address user queries by identifying their needs and providing complete and accurate solutions
- Go the extra mile to engage users
- Should have some knowledge in at least one of the following - Cricket, Football, Any other sports, crypto, Finance, Trading
Required Competencies :
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience - 6 months to 2 years in customer service and complaints handling
- Strong Communication skills
- Can work from the office as and when required - Gurgaon
