Communication Specialist - Banking (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking an HR Communication Specialist to manage internal and external communications, digital content creation, and employer branding. We are looking for passionate individuals who are skilled in digital content creation and tech-savvy to enhance our communication strategies across platforms. The role offers a hybrid work setup, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest working remotely.
Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):
Intranet:
- Oversee the company's Intranet for end-to-end communication.
- Regularly update all company initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely content.
- Create and upload engaging content to enhance employee traction.
- Track user traction and engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Internal Communication:
- Draft and circulate internal communications such as emails, newsletters, white papers, and company announcements.
- Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across internal platforms like WhatsApp and emails.
External Communication & Employer Branding:
- Handle external communications, including articles, social media posts, and press releases.
- Create and maintain employer branding content on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Content Creation & Digital Media:
- Write and edit content for internal and external purposes, such as newsletters, reports, and blogs.
- Develop and post videos/articles to promote the company's culture and activities.
- Collaborate with different teams to produce creative content that reflects the company's values and initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Post and monitor content on digital and social media channels to increase engagement.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting a positive and engaging online presence.
