Communication & Coordination Specialist - Retail (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- The Communications and Coordination Specialist serves as the principal focal point for internal and external communication and coordination processes with the investee.
- The person would act as liaison between the Investor and Investee and oversee the investee's planning for expansion and other decisions.
- Superior partnering and networking skills: initiates and sustains relationships; advocates effectively, communicates sensitively and effectively
- Engage in a professional, hospitable, and courteous manner, phone and in- person communication. This position is the first point of contact for Investee.
- Oversee Internal and External systems to review performance of investee company.
- Establish and maintain value added relationship with the management and employees and provides administrative and operational support.
- Oversee the hiring plan and quality of resources hired or in process of hiring as per the existing manpower requirement.
- Oversee the accounts of the investee company and keep a track on any kind of additional expenses or any expenses over and above the approved budget.
- Support, adhere to and enforce company policies and advise of any alternations are required in the policies.
- Helps in designing building and maintaining social media presence.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
