Communication & Branding Specialist - IT (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication & Branding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate communication, branding, and public relations, specifically within the IT industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and execute effective branding and communication strategies that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Communication :
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies.
- Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, corporate announcements, and reports.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to convey key corporate messages.
Branding & Public Relations :
- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance the company's image and market presence.
- Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press conferences, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts.
IT Industry Focus :
- Leverage industry-specific knowledge to create relevant and impactful communication materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Develop targeted communication strategies to address the needs and interests of IT industry stakeholders.
Content Creation & Management :
- Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Oversee the production of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and communication objectives.
Collaboration & Coordination :
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Manage communication budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communication, branding, and PR within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and branding strategies.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its unique communication needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using communication and marketing tools, including social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing and SEO.
- Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production.
- Certification in corporate communication or public relations
