We are not a one - filmmaker enterprise or a big corporate giant; we are a collaborative, which aims to deliver meaningful media to enhance value for our clients. - Our distributed network allows us to be present in multiple locations at the same time. This leads to a lot of time and money saving. We match every project with a film making team that shares the same belief and interest in the field. This, we believe, results in better films, job creation for independent filmmakers, and is a major step towards enhancing value for our partners.

- Our services include audio-visual production for commercial, documentation or development purposes. We help organizations design audio-visual strategy and content distribution strategies. In our three years of existence, we have partnered with organizations based in 5 different countries including India. Thus far, our team has created 400 training videos in 7 different languages, 15 short documentaries, a dozen corporate videos, and above 20 project documentation videos.

- Our partners include BBC World Wide, Channel News Asia, Project Survival Media, BBC Learning Zone, CBeebies, Germany India Cooperation (GIZ), Data Security Council of India, United Nations Development Programme, TESS India, and World Trade Centre. Apart from many national and international level screenings of our work, we have won one national level award for journalism in 2014, one international level award for producing best film on environment in 2015 and a BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Awards) nomination in 2016.

Job Requirement :

- We are looking for a resourceful sales person who can take our work forward and build mutually beneficial partnerships with various organisations. The position requires some experience in lead generation, client meetings, and relationship building. Experience of working with a media production house would be an added advantage, but its not the only criteria.

- If you are willing to work and grow with a young organisation, please apply. The annual package for this position is Rs.2,40,000/- (fixed) plus incentive on achieving sales target.
