Job description :
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. You should be comfortable communicating with international prospects via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the companys product and service portfolio.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain our product features and benefits.
- Prepare proposal, SOW, respond to RFP.
- Close sales & achieve targets.
- Update HubSpot with key information on daily basis
- Nurture prospects to become customers.
Qualifications:
- First class graduate/ postgraduate any stream
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Internet research skills
- Effective time management and planning skills
- 3-5 years experience in sales, prospecting and answering queries of customers.
- Experience in selling technical services in international market- preferable.
