Job description - Transaction Manager
Location - Bangalore.
Roles and responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Targeting and developing new Corporate and MNC clients.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for enhancing sales.
- Meeting Senior Management/Executives as a part of business development exercise.
- Team handling and ensuring team target achievement.
Key Account Management :
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers including CXO's in target organizations for business development.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients.
- Advice clients on prices and market conditions.
- Assist clients in negotiations and documentations for new facilities.
- Work closely with builders and developers and assist them in marketing their inventories.
Client Relationship Management :
- Maintaining relations with clients to sustain the profitability of the business.
- Building and maintaining healthy relations with existing clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norm.
