Role: Inside Sales Executive
Primary role of Inside Sales Executive is to generate qualified leads for the company.
Experience: 0- 4 years
Location: Bangalore, Koramangala.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified corporate lead
- Contact new and existing companies daily to generate maximum qualified leads.
- Manage reminders to avoid any missing opportunities.
- Enter contact and other details in the CRM and update whenever required.
- Manage company leads
- Answer all incoming enquires immaterial of the deal quality with a friendly tone.
- Collect requirement from clients in detail in a professional manner.
- Send introduction mail immediately to all qualified leads to create customer delight.
- Ensure qualified leads are assigned to appropriate TMs and block the first slot for inspection.
Follow-up with Transaction Manager for deal closure
- Ensure TMs have responded to clients whether it is sending proposals or conducting inspection.
- Check if the TM has missed out any property by coordinating with the Inventory Team, especially for larger requirements.
- Pitch-in with the client if the client is not responding, or the deal is not moving towards closure.
- Make sure the CRM is updated periodically by the TM for better accessing of the monthly target
