Commercial Strategy Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
The Commercial Strategy Manager develops and implements strategies to drive revenue, enhance market position, and support business growth by analyzing market trends and optimizing product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for growth.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs and competitors.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align goals.
- Track and report on sales and market performance.
- Recommend process improvements and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in commercial strategy or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
