Commercial Sales Role - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Lead Generation :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the leasing intermediaries (IPCs, brokers, etc.)
- Generate direct leads through local relationships, marketing (online/offline) campaigns
- Manage inbound enquiries, chat platform, outbound calls, as well as follow-up with existing leads
2) Prospecting, closing and servicing :
- Engage with leads throughout sales lifecycle from validation, to opportunity to closure
- Create customized quotes/proposals for specific client needs
- Support the senior team in commercial negotiations and closure
- Deal closure - agreement execution, on-boarding, change requests, etc.
- Account management - act as a connect between the client team and Hive operations team to deliver best-in-class occupancy experience
3) General :
- Conduct regular market research, track competition activity/offerings, and report to senior management
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Business Development team to develop and manage creative material like picture decks, sales collaterals, website content, email marketing, and more
- Work with central finance team on reporting, collections, follow-ups, etc. as needed
Requirements :
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean/agile team with a fast-paced environment
- Adept at building and managing client relationships
- Focus on developing and cultivating long-term client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process driven with experience on database management / CRM applications
