ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Qualification : MBA in Marketing / Post Graduate in Hospitality
Experience : 4-8 years experience in Marketing
- Must have experience working with luxury consumer goods organization

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
- Provides thought leadership for channel/ accounts and customer investments.
- Influencing A&P and trade spends.
- Delivers NSV & operating profit for the luxury universe in the region
- Developing a winning customer offer which drives value for the customer and USL and builds relationships,
- Engage with customers and develop customized category driving solutions thus driving value
- Plan and execute brand building activities and create bespoke brand programs for customers.
- Ensure each account is activated as per the contract commitments.
- Align the activity calendar with the customers and the Key Account Manager.
- Capture the imagination of customers and consumers with stories of our brands.
- Achieve plan for the agreed outlet universe, with consistent tracking and evaluation.
- Implement a clear measurement and evaluation process that identifies the effectiveness of activities and areas of focus and development.
- Maximize ROI and maintain compliance to agreed trading terms
- Leading the training agenda for the luxury customer universe for the region through Diageo World Class and Diageo Bar Academy.
- Ensure the team is aligned for execution of the planned activation calendar.
- Tracks the monthly performance of each account and plans course correction with the KAM's & Customers.
- Holds quarterly business review of accounts
- Coordinate with design agency and brand team to develop bespoke creative and menu's.
- Work with agencies to execute timely promotions and activations.
- POS placement in outlets, managing visibility RCM has to work in partnership with key accounts team on all aspects of the accounts Qualitative
