Roles and responsibilities :
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to persue.
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value .
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls from real estate customers.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Maintain relationships with the current clients and develop and maintain new client relationships. They are required to stay ahead of their competition.
