Comart - Manager - Client Servicing/Key Accounts Management (2-9 yrs)
- Liaising with clients to identify and develop ideas
- Communicating with colleagues within the agency, such as the creative team in the process of developing a campaign
- Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share
- Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy
- Responsible for timely delivery of Projects
- Responsible for Costing, Invoicing and Collection of all the projects
- Responsible for invoicing of all the projects
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets
- Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
- Handle all incoming briefs from Clients
- Respond to Clients e-mails the same day of receipt
