Columbia Petro Chem - Regional Manager - Sales (10-20 yrs)
Expectation from Candidate :
- Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range of the assigned products in the assigned territory.
- Support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team.
- Coordination with customer services/Supply chain/logistics personnel.
- Assistance in product promotion, etc.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and attract new customers (Including Distributors), pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.
- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.
- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.
- Consistently and continuously exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices and for self and others
Strategic Planning :
- Sales planning and controlling and prioritizing production in conjunction with plant.
- In charge of customer inspections, approvals with various bodies.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the mist viable product range and cultivating relations with them for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Providing service to clients, entailing provision of fastest solutions to customer concerns so as to enhance their satisfaction levels.
Business Development :
- Formulating business plan for development and growth of the organization.
- Steering entire business directions, ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Acquiring and developing new clients in given Territory and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
- Sales & Marketing : Expectation from Candidate :
- Exploring business potential opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends to achieve metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Managing customer centric operation and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
- Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
