1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
2. Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective customers.
3. Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and provide relevant product information.
4. Answer questions, resolve objections, and address concerns in a professional and informative manner.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
7. Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase during the initial call.
8. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate benefits and advantages.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and opportunities for follow-up.
10. Participate in training and development sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience in telemarketing or a related role is a plus.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
