Job Responsibilities:

1. Interact with students/parents (Customers) to understand their loan needs

2. Identify the right lender and recommend the same to customers

3. Help customers gather and organize the information to be presented to lender

4. Coordinate with lenders and customers to secure sanction

5. Follow-up with Customers for subsequent disbursements

6. Coordinate with lenders for MIS reporting

7. Manage a team of tele-callers to solicit customers
