About your new role:
- Working with the Loan Team to achieve monthly targets.
- Working directly with students.
- Handling loan queries and issues over calls/online meets.
- Handling the loan case of students from end to end.
- Comfortable taking 70-80 calls per day.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit :
- Enthusiastic and result oriented.
- Must have relevant experience in the field of Loan Processes of Study Abroad.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, Specifically Excel is a must.
