Roles and Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge of performance marketing is an add-on benefit.
- Re-training and ensuring that Learning Consultants are maintaining consistency of input KRAs, calling pitches, targets, and processed orders.
- Contribute towards the growth of business with a willingness to grow and take up more responsibilities and resources by showing MoM growth in his/her individual business unit.
- Be the eyes and ears for the company in terms of understanding customer needs and suggesting product improvements needed to 2-4 years of experience in managing large teams of sales in relevant Ed-tech organizations (preferably the ones catering to working professionals)
- Strong experience in managing Inside Sales Teams with proven acumen for data mining on CRM.
- Managed business of at least 1 Cr. INR in a month.
- Highly target oriented and an excellent task master meaning he/she can get things executed through Learning Consultants.
- Manage a team of 25-30 Learning Consultants who will be working from the office and ensure maximum retention.
Person Specification :
- Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors' or Master's Degree in Sales or Marketing.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Exceptional Communication Skills.
- Great understanding of Sales and Purchasing Behavior.
- Familiar with MS Office and CRM software.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
