Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking

- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and increase revenue

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

- Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and provide innovative solutions to clients

- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management

- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry developments and network with potential clients

- Collaborate with other business development team members to achieve overall departmental goals.

Requirements :

- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to identify and close new business deals

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel as needed

- Proficient in CRM software

- Creative in finding sources for lead generation.

- Developing a huge number of networks with the Enterprise and Start-up accounts using LinkedIn as the main tool and building networks in other ways.
