Job Description :
- Counselling students and providing basic information and counseling over the phone.
Regarding the suitable programs.
- Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
- The process involves counselling the students for overseas education; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
- Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.
- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
- Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.
Skills Required :
- Strong communication on phone and emails
- Candidate should have strong subject matter knowledge and willingness to help students from university shortlisting to visa processing.
- Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students.
- Ability to adapt to an online counselling process and work in a target oriented environment
- Build an excellent working relationship with students and universities
- Having a background in a similar industry is an add on, freshers are welcomed too.
