Below are the job details:

Role: Academic Counselor / Sr. Counselor

Department: Counselling operations

Grade: E1/E2

Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive

Upon your joining, you will go through an intensive training program where you will be taught counselling skills, and about internal technical systems.

- You would then be assigned to teams, with a buddy to help you get answers to your routine, day to day questions.

- Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students on the phone with basis the knowledge and training imparted to you at time of onboarding.

- The counselling will lead to forms filling for admission, and ultimately to admission in our partner colleges as per your assigned targets.

- You will also have directly access to the colleges as and when required and help in admission conversion process.

- You would be expected to maintain daily MIS on the calls attended and walk ins attended (if any)

CTC: 2.8 to 4.20 Lac per annum (fixed) + Incentives + Mediclaim + one side cab facility till Huda Metro st.

Mode of Interview: F2F @ Gurgaon

Shift Timing: General shifts (9.30 am till 6.30 pm) & 6 days working in a week.

Eligibility :

1. Qualification: Graduation is must.

2. Experience: 0 to 8 years

3. Age: 22-38 years.

4. Excellent Communication skills (no grammatical error).

5. Counselling/tele sales/outbound-voice process experience preferred.
