Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Admission Manager to join our dynamic team in Mathura. The Assistant Admission Manager will be an integral part of our admissions team and will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance admissions processes, increase enrollments and manage applicant files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in the Education industry, specifically in admissions related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools including Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in admissions standards and procedures in higher education is an asset.
