Job Profile:

We are looking to hire experienced Admission Counselors (for online degree courses), who will be responsible for end to end guidance to students and parents throughout the complete admissions process and also through the decision making process and convince them to enroll in various online programs. Counselor with in depth knowledge of College/University admissions processes, all online academic programs of top Colleges/Universities and other enrollment related requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to students and parents regarding various online academic programs, and admission process like application submission, documentation review and other application procedures.

- Conduct interview with students to understand their career goal and give proper guidance accordingly.

- Follow up with students to discuss any issues related to application or any other kind of discrepancies.

- Prepare regular reports of all inquiries, applications and enrollments.

Skills Required:

- Must be updated with the Colleges/Universities online programs, course offerings and complete admission procedures.

- Good experience in student academic consultation is required.

- Candidates from similar industry would be preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field.
