About your new role:
- Conduct outbound calls daily.
- Develop a strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.
- Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets based on call attempts, successful connections, and conversion rates.
- Develop strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.
- Build and maintain rapport with leads.
- Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams
- Learn about and stay updated on the study abroad processes for specific countries.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Dedication to the assigned task, with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in one south language
