We are looking for a Marketing Associate who is passionate about guiding students toward the right career choices. In this role, you will connect with students, understand their aspirations, and provide them with valuable insights into career opportunities and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with students to understand their career aspirations and guide them toward the right educational paths.
- Provide expert advice on promising career opportunities, trending courses, and emerging industry sectors.
- Address queries from students and parents offering valuable insights on education, career options, and industry prospects.
- Document student interactions meticulously and follow up as needed to ensure positive outcomes and a high level of student satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current student of IITs, NITs, or BITS. (UG/PG)
- Talkative and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
Incentive model pay: Can earn up to - 3.5 Lakh per month based on performance.
