College Dekho - Graphic Designer (3-5 yrs)
CollegeDekho is a mid level EdTech company where hundreds of counsellors work on in-house CRM and handling queries and prospective leads originating from the web-portal. This role will aim to identify areas of improvements in the current funnel and design projects aimed at driving impact in the key business metrics objectively using data and user research.
Additionally, the role will be responsible for leading new business initiatives aimed at enriching the customer experience and establishing new business verticals
- Be responsible for conceptualization and design of graphic applications such as website layouts, banners, mailers, graphics, corporate identity, and multimedia interfaces, from concept to completion
- Work with the art team to plan and execute every project and complete it as per the brief and deadlines
- Creatively resolve all the design needs
Skills Sets/Requirements:
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Web Designing
- Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator Any other software would be an added advantage
- Experience working on Social Media Creatives / Digital
- Should have experience with thinking creative concepts & not just into execution
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
