Collection Specialist (1-2 yrs)
- Role: US Debt Collection
- Salary: 25k to 38k+ Incentive
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Working Time: 8pm to 5am , different shift
Responsibility :
- Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill.
- Ability to apply independent judgment to handle all aspects of collection process.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months experience for US based 3rd party/International Sales
